This Wonderful Vintage White King Soap box ..is just stunning ..and is very generous in size ..

From it's Red, White and Blue Graphics .. with the King front and center ..to the fact it has remained unopened ..is just amazing.

This box is dated ..on the front 1933.

It is an absolute Beauty to add to any laundry and or advertising collection ..!

It's in Beautiful condition with minor wear throughout ..adding oodles of charm and authenticity to this piece.

Here at the farmhouse we are always on the search for new finds to offer our Kindred Friends and this week we have some wonderful offerings I must say .. One of which is this wonderful set of 3 JUMBO size clothespins.

We recently were on a trip and found these ..being that we always are on the search for unusual and fun Laudry items ..When I saw the size of these I was so excited...These Truly are Jumbo size. Measureing in at 6.25 inches long and 1 inch around ..these old clothespins are truly wonderful. If you collect clothespins ..these would make an outstanding addition and if you just love laundry items ..well these hung on a cute clothesline or pinned to the side of a laundry basket ..or even just layed on a shelf with other Laundry implements is a great way to display them.

They honestly don't look like they were ever used ..and have a beautiful honey hue to the wood. Without a doubt they are a very unusual find !

Early Works ~ Clothespin Keep

Another Sweet Magnolias Farm exclusive Custom One of a Kind Design.

This Wonderful Early Clothespin Keep is just perfect for the Farmhouse lovers laundry room or even bathroom.

We have made this old fashioned keep from a wonderful Old repro blue floral calico ..An antique lace doily pocket has been lined and stitched to the front and trimmed with an Antique decorative stamped tin button that was actually used to decorate a horses head stall back in the day ..it adds that lovely old charm to this keep.

The pocket is packed full of 1 dozen wood spring loaded clothespins aged to perfection.

Above the clothespin pocket ..we added an early ephemera fabric print in sepia ..a sweet kitty peeking out a basket. We then added our own creative advertising to it ..which reads:

At the bottom of the Clothespin Keep ..is a piece of Authentic Antique decorative Lace Trim with a cute cotton loop trim from our personal collection. It really adds a a great element to this keep ..and a bit of that Romantic Farmhouse Softness ..we love to see in our designs. From the cotton Loop Trim we hung aged hang tags and stamped in sepia the letters

To Hang the keep you will find two vintage rustic old metal hangers which we have handstiched on for that perfectly old fashioned style.

The Keep Measures: 20 inches long... 10 inches wide

Vintage Embroidered Tuesday Iron Tea Towel

This adorable Vintage "Tuesday Iron" tea towel is ever so sweet and just perfection for displaying in the laundry room..hanging from an old laundry basket ...or hung from an early wall towel holder ...

The stitching in this piece is just beautiful and the threads still so vibrant.

The towel shows little age and has a slight fold mark....that wonderful vintage charm.

This charming Vintage Faultless starch box ..is a Laundry Room classic ...

A Great addition for the laundry room ..this starch box dates to 1969 ...making it 41 yrs old.

It is unopened and in Beautiful condition ...

~ Vintage Package C & G 18 Spring Clothespins ~

Here at the farmhouse we've been collecting clothespins for years now ..not sure what the love and fascination with them is ..but they sure do tug at our heart strings ..

We love to see the many styles that were put to use over the years and of course we are always excited to find the manufactured clothespins that are still in their original packaging.

This wonderful Vintage package ..is C & G brand which I imagine was a grocery or 5 and dime store ..there are 18 spring loaded clothespins ..still in the package which has never been opened ..and has the paper advertising label inside.

If you collect clothespins or vintage Laundry Room pieces ..then you will want these to add too ..no doubt .. a Rare and fun find !!!

~ Vintage Lux Soap Box ~

This Lux Soap box is just a laundry room charmer.

It's Graphics are simple Yet bold ..and we imagine this box in it's day was quite the modern style.

Lux was made by Lever Brothers ..out of Cambridge, Mass.

This box was the 3/4 lb size and considered the Large size of it's day. The wax pencil price is still in the top ..and this box would have set you back a whole 26 cents in it's day. My goodness ..how times have really changed.

This Box has been opened along the perforated side and 1/3 of the soap flakes still remain.

The box is in good condition with wear throught ..as would be expected for a piece like this

We would date this box to the 1930's ..from the graphics on the back and sides.

It measures: 8.5 inches tall x 6 inches wide x 2 inches deep.

~ Vintage La France Bluing Box ~

Trial Size

This too cute little La France Bluing box ..is just a mere Trial size ..

Measuring in at ... 3 inches tall x 2 inches wide x 1 inch thick

Remember when ..is the thought we have when looking at this package ...remember when companies were in need of our business and sent us sample sizes in the mail ..or even had them free to try at the store ..Not too much anymore ..it's a by gone time ..

This box advertised that it could whiten clothes without bluing them ....

This piece is in Good condition ..and unopened ...

~ Vintage 20 Mule Team Borax Soap Chips Box ~

Here at the farmhouse we just love a laundry room that is decorated with Vintage laundry room finds ..so we are always on the search for the next new laundry room find.

This box is an absolute treasure ..you just don't come across the old 20 Mule Team Borax boxed very often ..let alone any of the brands ..being made from lightweight cardboard ..one they just didn't survive and 2 once they were used they were tossed away just like we would do today ..Thank Goodness for us pack rats ...!!!

This box has Bright and cheery Yellow and green graphics ..The front Depicts the sunshine and it's rays ..while at the bottom of the box ..the 20 mule team is pulling the wagons.

This box from the graphics of the lady model ..appears to date to the late 40's or early 50's.

When we found this box ..the top was still with it ..but not intact ..so we have re-inforced the top ..and put it back together ..so it can still be used today. Also the box was still full of it's soap flakes and still is we left the box as we found it and just re-inforced the top for your pleasure.

The Box Measures: 9 inches tall x 6 inches wide x 3 inches thick

This old box is another rare little find ..!!!

This fabulouse old ball blue box ..is another unopened piece we are offering ..

We just love the graphics and the fact is says french laundry on it ...

This product was made in Lansdowne, PA which was established in 1870

It is in perfect condition and a great little addition for the collector or Laundry display.

It measures a mere: 2.75 inches long x 1.75 inches wide x less than 1/2 inch thick ...

~ Vintage Argo Gloss Starch Box ~

This Argo Gloss starch box is a lovely addition for the Farmhouse Laundry Room ..

It is in Beautiful condition and has never been opened ..therefore contains all it's orginial starch product.

The box is in Beautiful Blue and White Graphics ..and has it's original price of 10 cents still in the white price circle on the top.

This box dates to the late 60's early 70's making it approx. 35 to 40 years in age.

This piece is a Great Find from our personal collection here at Sweet Magnolias Farm ...

We love this Bleachette Laundry Bluing ..!!

It's packaged in a hardboard cylinder with a red, white an blue, graphics wrapper.

When we came across these they were already wrapped in a nice piece of clear cellophane ..however it can easily be removed if you so prefer ..

This piece dates to the 1950s possible 60's

It measures: 4 inches long x 1.5 inches in diameter.

This Wonderful vintage La France Bluing box is pure laundry perfection ..

This box has never been opened...and is in Good condition ...

~ Vintage Ivory Flakes Soap Box ~

This wonderful Vintage Box of Ivory Flakes ...dates to the 1930's .... making it approx 60 years of age ..

This box is in wonderful Blue and White Graphics ...

This box is just as we found it ..the top had been opened for use in a flap style and it's full to the brim of the original soap flakes .. We've placed the flakes in a bag inside so they don't make a mess ...

The original price of 23 cents is still marked on the top and this box was considered the large size and it's contents weighed twelve and one half ounces.

This box is in overall good condition and just waiting it's spot on a lovely laundry room shelf ...

It measures: 8.5 inches tall x 6.25 inches wide x 2.25 inches thick.
